Tianhe Speical Steel is well-equipped with 2000-Ton Hydraulic Press, 15-Ton Full hydraulic manipulator, etc. The annual forging capacity of Tianhe is 10, 000 tons and we have more than ten scientific and technical personnels. Our extensive active raw material inventory includes all standard carbon, stainless, nonmagnetic and alloy grades as well as a variety of industry specific and proprietary grades. We produce big and medium sized forgings including wind equipment, turbine shaft, centralizer, metallurgical rollers, CC roller, pipe casting die, die forging, Φ 150- Φ 800 forging rolling bar, non-magnetic centralizer as well as non-magnetic petroleum drilling tools.

Our stock holding enterprise has self-contained lab and can carry out effective technology analysis on grain size of chemical components and different metal inclusion, etc. Analyze mechanical properties of products by Multi-functional tensile tese; Ultrasonic test, ultrasonic hardness test and sonic thickness senor guarantee the quality control of each link of our product processing, so as to effectively gurantee the product quality.
